Returns & Exchanges

At Sublimation Blanks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your crafting supplies. If your items are unused and in their original packaging, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused blanks in their original protective wrapping to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to the return address provided in your authorization email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned blanks, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
